You must be at least 18 to use this website, to buy from us, and to train with us.
You may view and display our content on screen and print one copy for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to use the website to damage, disable or impair it, for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes, or to copy or distribute copyrighted material without permission.
All content on the website, unless uploaded by users, belongs to us, our affiliates or relevant third parties, and is protected by copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights. Training programmes, meal plans and written materials we supply are for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or distributed.
If you give us feedback, a testimonial or before-and-after photos, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for promotion. We will only publish your name or identifying details with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. We will stop using the material going forward and remove it from anything we control.

When you buy, you must give accurate and complete details, including a mobile number we can reach you on. Tell us promptly if anything changes. We may suspend or cancel your access if you have breached these terms.
1-Class Pass, £16 — 1 credit, valid 30 days.
5-Class Pack, £75 — 5 credits, valid 6 weeks.
10-Class Pack, £140 — 10 credits, valid 10 weeks.
Bootcamp Membership, £167 a month — unlimited bookings and priority booking, while your membership is active.
Online coaching — as described when you sign up.
Payment is taken by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
One credit books one session. Credits load onto your account as soon as your payment succeeds, and we text you your balance and expiry date.
Credits expire on the date shown at checkout and in your confirmation. Expired credits are not refunded and do not roll over.
Buying a new pack before your current credits expire adds the new credits and extends the expiry date to the later of the two.
Credits are personal to you. They cannot be sold, shared, gifted or transferred.
If something significant happens, such as injury, illness or a period away, contact us. We will extend or pause credits where it is reasonable to do so, at our discretion.
Sessions are booked in advance and places are capped at 14 people.
Cancel before the session starts and your credit returns to your account immediately.
Do not attend without cancelling and the credit is used. Your place was held and could not be offered to anyone else.
Members are not charged for a missed session, but repeated no-shows may mean we limit how far ahead you can book.
Membership is £167 a month, taken by card on the same date each month until cancelled.
To cancel, email us at [email protected] at any time before your next billing date. No notice period is required. Your membership ends at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not refund part months.
If a payment fails we will contact you and your card will be retried over about two weeks. If it is still unpaid at the end of that, your membership ends and your booking access stops.
We will give you at least 30 days' written notice before changing the membership price.
Membership cannot be paused, but you can cancel and restart when you are ready.
Because you buy online, you have 14 days from the day after your purchase to cancel and get your money back, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you have already trained with us during those 14 days, we will deduct the value of the sessions you attended at the standard £16 drop-in rate and refund the balance. For online coaching, we will deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
To cancel, email [email protected]. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used to buy.
Outside the period in clause 13, passes, packs, membership payments and coaching fees are non-refundable. Because our coaching is personalised and our sessions are capacity-limited, we cannot resell a place once it is held.
This does not affect your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and within a reasonable time. If we fall short of that, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repeat performance or a price reduction. If you think we have fallen short, tell us and we will put it right.
Sessions run outdoors at Emirates Stadium, Hornsey Rd, London N7 7AJ, meeting by the Dennis Bergkamp statue. Current times are Tuesday 18:30, Wednesday 12:15, Thursday 18:30 and Saturday 09:30.
Sessions run in normal weather. If we cancel for safety, coach illness or anything outside our control, your credit returns to your account and members are not charged extra.
We may change session times, length or the meeting point. We will give you as much notice as we can.
We train on publicly accessible ground. We do not control the venue and cannot guarantee the condition of the surface or the behaviour of other people using the area.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive after the warm-up has finished, the coach may ask you to sit the session out for your own safety. Your credit will still have been used.
There is nowhere secure to store belongings at the venue, so please bring as little as possible. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items, except where it is caused by our negligence.
Exercise carries risk of injury. By booking a session or starting a coaching programme, you confirm that you are fit enough to take part.
Tell the coach before your first session about any injury, medical condition, medication, pregnancy or recent surgery that could affect your training, and tell us as soon as anything changes.
We are not medical practitioners or registered dietitians. Nothing we say is medical advice. If you are unsure whether training is safe for you, speak to your GP first.
Our recommendations are based on the information you give us, so that information needs to be accurate and current.
Train at your own pace. Stop and tell the coach if anything hurts or does not feel right. The coach may modify or stop your participation if they believe continuing is unsafe.
We do not provide emergency or medical care. In an emergency we will call the emergency services.
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on effort, consistency, genetics and lifestyle, and they vary between people.
We sometimes take photos or video at sessions for our website and social media. Tell the coach if you would rather not appear and we will keep you out of it, or remove you from anything already posted.
We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk, is abusive or discriminatory, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In serious cases we may end your membership or pack without a refund.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, and we take your safety seriously.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If we are at fault, we are responsible.
Exercise carries a degree of risk that remains even when a session is well planned and properly coached, such as muscle soreness, strains, and the ordinary hazards of training outdoors on uneven or wet ground. By taking part you accept that inherent risk. You are not accepting any risk arising from our negligence, and nothing here asks you to.
Where harm is caused partly by something you did or did not do, such as not telling us about a medical condition we asked about, or not following the coach's instructions, our responsibility is reduced to the extent your actions contributed to it. This reflects the ordinary legal position on contributory fault rather than removing our responsibility altogether.
Subject to the above, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of business or income, data loss or corruption, indirect or consequential loss, or loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you bought from us.
We provide support by email and through our official messaging channels. We do not provide emergency or medical advice. For urgent matters contact the emergency services.
We may end your access if you breach these terms, behave inappropriately or break the law. Any payments you already owe remain due.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you made your purchase. We will tell you in advance about any change that materially affects you, and we will notify you of major changes to our programmes or platform.
If something is not right, email [email protected] and we will try to resolve it quickly.
These terms, together with our privacy policy and cookies policy, form the whole agreement between you and us. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
